CHIMENTO, Mary ( nee Buscemi ), age 84 of Garfield died on August 11, 2013. She was born in Pittston, PA residing there for 20 years before moving to Garfield 64 years ago. Mrs.Chimento was a parishioner and Sunday School Teacher for Praise Assembly Church, Garfield. She is predeceased by her husband Christie in 1981 and her daughter Paula in 1992. She is survived by two daughters, Diane LoSauro and Jacqueline Fitzgerald, one son Eugene Chimento, and three brothers Salvatore, Joseph and John Buscemi. Also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. The funeral is Wednesday, August 14, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 9 am followed by a 10 service at the funeral home lead by Pastor John Czubkowski. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Saddle Brook. Visiting Tuesday 4 to 8pm. The Chimento family is in the care of the Aloia Funeral Home, 180 Harrison Ave., Garfield (973-340-7077).
