Muriel K Roth, a homemaker of Morristown, NJ, passed peacefully at 97 on February 9, 2014. The beloved wife of Bernard Roth (deceased), she is survived by her daughter Karen, granddaughter Rachel, nieces Bonnie and Ellen, nephews Jerome and Gil, sister-in-law Sandy, cousin Mickey, and their families. A creative with a talent for design, Muriel’s wit, warmth and sunny disposition impacted everyone who knew her including her friends at Hospice and Lyons VA Hospital where she volunteered for many years. Muriel was proud to serve as President of the Jewish War Veterans Ladies Auxiliary. Muriel would prefer a thoughtful donation to the Humane Society in lieu of flowers as she loved animals. Muriel’s remains are to be cremated by Aloia Funeral Home in Garfield, NJ. In deference to Muriel’s wishes, family and friends will gather in spring for a celebration of life to honor the life of this incredible loving woman who was so loved by her friends and family.
