KERLEN, Otto, passed away at the age of 82 on Thursday, February 26, 2015, at his home in Glen Rock, NJ. Born in Wuppertal, Germany he came to the United States in 1958. Beloved husband of Nel (Breeman) of 55 years, father of Michael and his wife Deborah, Sonja and her husband Tom Bellino, and Opa of Rachel, Katie, and Faith. Attended Midland Park Christian Reformed Church and the Hawthorne Gospel Church. The family is holding a memorial service at the Hawthorne Gospel Church Chapel on Saturday, Feb. 28 from 1-2 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Samaritan’s Purse.
