OROBELLO, Concetta (nee Benanti), age 91, of Paramus, died on October 30, 2016. Born in Bolognetta, Sicily, she lived there for 44 years, the Bronx for 5 years, Garfield for 40 years, and Paramus the past 2 years. She was a parishioner of Mt. Virgin Church, a member of Corpus Dominus Society in Italy, and she was a homemaker. She is predeceased by her husband, Salvatore in 2014, her parents, Onofrio and Antonina Benanti, two brothers, and three sisters. Loving mother of Rosalia (Salvatore) Aiello, Antonina (Salvatore) Benigno, and Anotnino (Elizabeth) Orobello, beloved grandmother of Philip (Kathy), Francesca (John), Rosalba (Chris), Erika (Jeff), Salvatore (Lisa), and Salvatore (Chrissy), and cherished great-grandmother of Matthew, Michael, Nicolas, Alexandra, Christian, Easton, Marco, Anthony, and Declan. Visiting Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral is Wednesday, November 2, 2016, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home prior to the mass at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church, Garfield. Entombment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Saddle Brook. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
