Di SALVO, Giuseppe S., age 75, of Garfield, died on January 12, 2013. Born in Marineo, Sicily-Italy, he lived there for 32 years moving to Garfield for 43 years ago. He worked at Buitoni Food Company in South Hackensack for 21 years retiring in 1990, he was a parishioner of Mt. Virgin Church, Garfield, and a member of the Sacred Heart Society Prayer Group, the St. Ciro Society, and the San Pio Prayer Group all of Garfield. He is predeceased by his parents Maria Lucia and Francesco Di Salvo. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Maria Anna (Nee Lo Faso), three sons, Franco, Giuseppe, and Maurizio and his wife Antonella, a daughter, Maria Leone and her husband Anthony, two grandchildren, Anthony V. and Anabella, a brother, Antonio and his wife Rosaria, and two sisters, Francesca Spinella and her husband Epifanio, and Concetta Di Salvo and her husband Franco. The funeral is Wednesday, January 16, 2013, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 8 am followed by a 9 am mass at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church, Garfield. Entombment St. Nicholas Cemetery, Lodi.
